Colocasias are water loving plants. Bright light or shade, you must keep your Tropical Storm well hydrated and avoid allowing the soil to dry completely before watering. You may also find that your Tropical Storm appreciates regular misting of its leaves depending on the level of humidity. The Storm can be a bit unforgiving if the soil dries, but will rebound very quickly with its incredible deep brown leaves that fade to a shocking yellow center. Gisselli has nicknamed her beloved Tropical Storm the 'Diva' because she looks real good, but she can be high maintenance. I'm sorry, but I have to agree.
