SHIPPING POLICY
Packages ship between 5-7 days after purchase.
At Rob's Rare Plants we utilize USPS Priority Mail and have found they do an excellent job delivering our plants. We take great pride in carefully packaging the plants by both protecting and insulating with repurposed Styrofoam. However, in the rare instance that an accident occurs with the carrier and the plant is damaged or lost, please understand we cannot be responsible for damages and a claim must be filed with the post office.
RETURN POLICY
We typically do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges. However, please reach out to us if there are any issues.
It is the buyers responsibility to understand any plant restrictions and shipping requirements for international shipping.
